England woman cricketer Danielle Wyatt has always been impressed by the strength and character of Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Wyatt has time and again showed her admiration for the Indian captain and has heaped praises on him as one of the best batsmen in the world.

Virat Kohli has also been responsive to Danielle Wyatt and both of them have appreciated each other’s success. Wyatt was always mesmerised by Kohli’s stupendous batting skills. As the run-machine’s appetite for scoring runs became mainstream, Wyatt had also gone on to propose Kohli on twitter when she had tweeted as “Marry me Kohli” in 2014.

After Virat Kohli got married to his partner Anushka Sharma, Wyatt also sent her best wishes to the couple. Danielle Wyatt has a huge admiration for Virat Kohli and she has been further trolled on the social media as she had a crush on the Indian skipper.

“I picked my phone up and I’ve got 1000s of favorites and retweets, it’s all over Indian news, they’re emailing my dad at home. When we met, he said to me: ‘You can’t do things like that on Twitter! They take things seriously!’ I was like, ‘okay. Sorry!’,” she was quoted as saying by ESPN Cricinfo.

With so much of craze on Virat Kohli, the latter himself gifted Danielle Wyatt one of his bats which she looks forward to use in  Tri-nation series involving India and Australia later this month. The bat she hit the century broke in November and hence she intends to use Virat Kohli’s bat in the times to come. “The bat I hit the century with broke not long ago. So now I’ll be using Virat’s,” she added.

One would imagine that Virat Kohli has still got 7-8 years of cricket left in him. What really counts in his form is that he is getting better day by day and it seems no one is par or even close to him when it comes to consistency levels.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has a copious zest to win games and there is no doubt about that. His burning attitude just sums up that he always gives 120% on the field. He would want his boys to match his aggression levels so much so that the team becomes a dominant force.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has rested some of the key players for the Nidahas Trophy. Virat Kohli is one among the players. The fans will get the chance to see Virat Kohli when he gears up for the upcoming cash-rich Premier League. It will be quite interesting to see how he would turn things around for RCB.
