The final of the ICC World Test Championship 2023 between India and Australia will take place from June 7 to June 11, 2023. Ravi Shastri has predicted the Indian team's probable XI for the WTC final, which includes players such as: 1) Rohit Sharma: Indian Captain Rohit Sharma has established himself as an opening batsman in Test matches. He is the obvious choice to open the batting for the Indian team in the WTC final. He has been in excellent form in Test cricket in recent years. He also has a good record in England. 2) Shubman Gill: Shubman Gill is another good option for the opening slot. He is a talented young batsman who has shown glimpses of a big superstar cricketer in his short career. In 2023, he is in beast form, irrespective of the formats. This year, Gill has scored tonnes of runs and centuries in Test cricket, ODIs, T20Is, and the IPL. 3) Cheteshwar Pujara: Cheteshwar Pujara is the anchor of the Indian batting line-up. He is a solid batsman who can bat for long periods of time. 4) Virat Kohli: Test cricket is the only format where Virat Kohli didn't perform well last year. And there is no bigger stage than the WTC final for him to make a comeback in Test matches. 5) Ajinkya Rahane: Ajinkya Rahane is a veteran of the Indian team and a proven performer in Test cricket. Although he hasn't been in good form in Test cricket since, Shreyas Iyer's absence made him an obvious choice for the WTC final. 6) Ravindra Jadeja: Ravindra Jadeja is one of the best all-rounders of this generation. He is a brilliant batsman who can score runs in all conditions. He is also an excellent bowler who can take wickets at every stage of the match. He is a gun fielder too. Seeing his incredible form in recent years, there is no doubt that he will be in the starting XI of the WTC final. 7) KS Bharat: KS Bharat is a consistent performer in Indian domestic cricket. Since Rishabh Pant is ruled out due to his injury, Kshiti Bharat will be India's first-choice wicketkeeper in the WTC final. His wicket-keeping skill gave him an edge over Ishan Kishan. 8) Ravichandran Ashwin: R Ashwin has been India's most important player in test cricket since last decade. He is a proven match winner in the format. 9) Shardul Thakur: Shardul has been known for his ability to generate good pace and movement with the ball. He has the skill to swing the ball both ways. He has shown his ability to contribute with both bat and ball for Team India. 10) Mohammed Shami: Mohammed Shami is one of the most experienced bowlers in the Indian Test Team. He is a fast bowler who can generate a lot of pace and swing. He will be leading our pace attack in the WTC final. 11) Mohammed Siraj: Md. Siraj has been in excellent form in recent years. He is a very quick bowler who can generate a lot of bounce.
