Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has made the headlines recently for all the wrong reasons. The spinner is having a bad phase in his cricket career currently but is still always in the news due to his recent divorce with ex-wife Dhanashree Verma. Ever since their marriage back in 2020, the choreographer was always trolled by cricket fans alike for several reasons.
For starters, it was a running joke among the cricket fans that Dhanashree is a bit too close with cricketer Shreyas Iyer because they are often seen dancing together in quite a few reels. The common opinion that Shreyas Iyer married a bit out of his capacity in terms of looks was what led to these comments. Whenever Dhanashree posted a picture with some other guy or was seen with someone else, she faced a lot of backlash and criticism.
It definitely reflected in the relationship of the couple as well and finally the two got divorced in 2025. According to several rumors, Dhanashree Verma asked for an alimony of 60 Crores from Yuzvendra Chahal.
Recently, Yuzvendra Chahal has been spotted with RJ Mahvash, a popular influencer and Radio Jockey quite a few times and they were most famously spotted in the stands of the 2025 Champions Trophy final, seeing the match together. It led to the rumours that the two are potentially dating.

Adding spark to the rumors, RJ Mahvash recently posted a new video where she emphasized how the right girl can be crucial for enlightening the career of any man. “Ek bar tum pyar me sort ho gaye na, uske baad life me saari cheesein khud align ho jaengi. Career, growth, finance, graph everything. Galat insaan hath me lag jana hai na, alimony bhar bhar ke zindagi kat jani hai tumhari.”
Many fans are saying that she has targetted this post towards Dhanashree Verma.
