Hardik Pandya, the star all-rounder from India moved up the places in his short cricketing career and became a trump card for the team. He solved one of the India’s greatest problems in the Indian team, all-rounder slot and lived up to the expectation so far in his career.
In a recent interview with CNN-NEWS 18, Hardik Pandya quoted that he was very sad after hearing the rumours of him leaving Mumbai Indians which gave him a break to show his capability. He added that Mumbai Indians has given him everything in his life that includes name and fame.
“I was disappointed when I heard this news because this is false. This team has given me everything. Why would I leave it? My life changed when I got a chance to play for Mumbai Indians and then I never looked back. I had a small failure and that’s why I learned to be even more professional. You need to understand that some things are bad. That’s how you improve in life,” stated Hardik Pandya.
MS Dhoni explained me the difference between confidence and over-confidence:
Hardik Pandya revealed how MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli played a major role in nurturing him in the initial days and added the MSD has a huge impact on him as he always shared his knowledge whenever it is necessary to keep going and explained how to be confident on the field.
“There is a line between confidence and over-confidence. MS Dhoni explained me it beautifully. I have learned from both of them, they are amazing. I take a lot of advice from Dhoni. Virat is a gem of a guy. We keep on laughing, we keep on pulling each other’s legs. We have a very strong bond,” quoted Pandya.
However, the rest will give Hardik Pandya a nice period to be himself fit for the upcoming series against South Africa. Being an all-rounder on the side, it is a known fact that he will carry a lot of burden on his shoulders when he tours South Africa with the team.
