The Indian Under-19 team lifted their fourth World Cup title as they were the most dominant side in the tournament. The Indian colts defeated Australia in the final of the competition by eight wickets. The southpaw Indian opener Manjot Kalra was brilliant with the bat as he scored a fine century to take his team over the line.
The Under-19 team coach Rahul Dravid has been instrumental in the development of the young lads as he has shown the right path to his players. The Indian team lifted their fourth title which is the most number of title for any country. The Indian Under-19 team were the runners of the previous edition in 2016 but this time they were able to go one step further.
The southpaw played some combative shots and was not afraid to hit the ball in the air. The boys have done a fine job under the tutelage of Rahul Dravid and the former skipper has played his part in nurturing the young boys. The Indian team was dominant throughout the tournament and deserved to win their fourth title. Manjot Kalra was adjudged the Man of the match for his superb match-winning knock while Shubman Gill was awarded the Player of the tournament.
