A lot of criticism is going to MS Dhoni’s place in the Indian team ahead of the youngsters from the cricket pundits but it is evident that no one in the Indian cricket has skills of Dhoni to replace him in the team. The only agenda for the criticisers to make Dhoni down is the age factor which always a matter of concern in cricket as it requires over maintenance of fitness.

As everyone is waiting eagerly for the MS Dhoni’s version on his age factor, the latest post of him on Instagram mentioning his speed counter of race in time obliquely suggesting that this might be the retort from MS Dhoni. We are not often come across MS Dhoni posting on social media but the latest post ahead of the selection of ODI series seems quite fishy.

In a recent post from MS Dhoni which depicted Kedar Jadhav, Suresh Raina and a support staff member he quoted that he completed the 20-meter run in 2.91 seconds while 3 times of it in 8.90 seconds which reckons that he is still fittest at his age giving equal competition to youngsters in the fitness test.

Even though MS Dhoni doesn’t intend to make the post as a reply to his critics but his latest staggering number during fitness Tests are looking insane as it requires a lot of stamina to complete the 20-meter run in just 2.91 seconds of time. MS Dhoni’s rare Instapost read ”NCA all test’s done.20 mtr in 2.91sec. Run a 3 done in 8.90sec.time for heavy lunch”

India are scheduled to play 5-match ODI series against Sri Lanka starting on August 20th at Dambulla followed by the matches at Pallekelle and Colombo. Pallekelle will host the second and third ODI match of the series while fourth and fifth will be played at Colombo. It is quite certain that MS Dhoni is going to feature in the squad for sure.

Here is his post:
