It is always a learning experience for a young fast bowler. Jasprit Bumrah has been India’s best-limited overs bowler since he has made his debut. The fast bowler yorkers are deadly accurate and the way he executes the most difficult delivery is commendable. The veteran fast bowler Ashish Nehra has been recalled into the T20I side and Bumrah looks to get some crucial inputs under the tutelage of the left-handed bowler.
It is imperative for a fast bowler to keep improving his game and as an inexperienced player, Bumrah seeks some valuable tips from Ashish Nehra. The 38-year old Nehra is setting up a great example in the team and Bumrah, as well as Bhuvneshwar Kumar, can take important notes from the former’s book.

Bumrah said while talking to reporters on the eve before the T20 match, “He (Nehra) is a very experienced player. I’ve played some cricket with him. I’ve played in World T20 with him. It’s really good to have him in the side… It’s a lot of fun. He has loads of experience to share. He’s very helpful for youngsters like me”.
India has dominated Australia in the T20I format and the head to head contest between the two read as 9-3. Bumrah revealed that the focus on the team is on the process and they don’t look at such things before taking the field.
Bumrah added, “We don’t think like that. We only focus on the game. Every format requires a little bit of skill level. We want to focus on that and if we do our basics right, everything else is taken care of.”
Jasprit Bumrah is the second-ranked bowler in the T20I format and he has hit the ground running in his early career thus far. Bumrah will like to continue in the same fashion and would like to keep taking his lessons from veteran players like Ashish Nehra.
