We have often seen the Indian team warm-up with a jog or they play soccer in their practice. But we have never witnessed them indulge in a warm-up like in the video below. The Indian players were seen playing a funny made-up game in which the players were trying to snatch the handkerchief from other players back while also trying to defend their own.

It was a peculiar warm-up that we have seldom seen and the players were noted to be enjoying themselves before they got into real practice. The Indian team have their backs against the wall and would like to make a comeback into the series after going down in the first Test.

Indian team would aim to bounce back.

There was some odd selection decision by the Indian team in the first Test which didn’t come off well. It was a gamble to drop deputy Ajinkya Rahane and the visitors had to pay the price. It would be interesting to note on which players the team management would like to put their weights behind, as the tourists will face the dilemma over the final XI once again.

It was a great opportunity for the Indian team to go one-up in the series but the chance went begging when the batters failed to back the bowlers’ effort in the second innings. It is never expected to be a cakewalk to bounce back when you lose the first match of the tour and the Virat Kohli men would have their work cut out in the second Test match.

This Indian team is known for not throwing in the towel and they would look to roar back in the next match which is going to be played from January 13 at Centurion.

Here is the video of a strange warm-up by the Indian team:
